Cafe spaces

Situated at our Pimlico campus the L-Plates Cafe provides students with the opportunity to develop their skills in a real-life cafe style environment. The café provides our students with the opportunity to showcase their talents both in the kitchen and front of house with food prepared and served by our hospitality and cookery students. All students are fully supervised by qualified teachers who have years of industry experience. 

At Tropics Café and Coffee Shop a variety of hot and cold dishes are prepared daily by apprentice chefs with fresh bread prepared by apprentice bakers also available. Customers are served by food and beverage students who complete live service as part of their course training. The cafe gives hospitality students the opportunity to learn the workings of a real cafe in state-of-the-art facilities under the guidance of industry-experienced teachers. 

Located within our Robina campus and open to the public, Seedpod Café is a vibrant and lively community café surrounded by garden beds plenty of open air space to sit and chat with friends, offering quality coffee, healthy food options, and a variety of treats. Students are training on-the-job, fully supervised by qualified teachers with years of industry experience.
